LenoRF’s MPA Series CW Solid State Power Amplifiers deliver stable, high-fidelity continuous-wave RF and microwave amplification for precision EMC testing, scientific research, satellite communication, aerospace and defense systems. Covering a broad frequency spectrum from 80 MHz up to 98 GHz, our amplifiers are segmented into three optimized bands: below 6 GHz, 6–18 GHz, and above 18 GHz, fully matching diverse high-frequency continuous-wave amplification demands for both commercial and military-grade projects.
Manufactured with mature LDMOS, cutting-edge GaN and GaAsFET solid-state semiconductor technologies, the MPA CW series boasts outstanding linearity, ultra-low signal distortion and consistent long-duration output power. These units natively support CW, pulsed and complex modulated input waveforms without signal degradation, maintaining flawless waveform integrity during round-the-clock continuous operation. Compared with traditional TWT amplifiers, our solid-state CW solutions feature a longer service lifespan, simpler maintenance and lower overall operational costs for lab and field deployment.
Each amplifier adopts a rugged rack-mount chassis with built-in intelligent touchscreen monitoring, real-time gain adjustment and overheat/over-power protection circuits. With high gain, excellent thermal stability and compact mechanical design, LenoRF CW power amplifiers are the preferred high-performance amplification solution worldwide for radar calibration, EMI radiated immunity testing, avionics verification and fixed ground SATCOM stations. Custom frequency band, power output and interface configurations are available to meet strict aerospace and defense integration specifications.
