The NEX10 connector is a next-generation 50 Ohm RF interface developed for 5G, small-cell, and high-density telecom applications that demand outstanding electrical performance in a compact, low-PIM design. Created jointly by industry leaders (Rosenberger, Huber+Suhner, Radiall), NEX10 combines excellent intermodulation performance (PIM < -166 dBc) with superior RF performance up to 20 GHz. Its robust, screw- or push-pull-locking mechanism ensures reliable mating even in high-vibration environments, while the separation of electrical and mechanical contact minimizes wear and guarantees long-term stability. Designed for outdoor and indoor use, NEX10 connectors deliver weather-sealed, IP68-rated protection and low VSWR. Compact, lightweight, and optimized for small-cell radio units, DAS systems, and 5G antenna infrastructure, the NEX10 series provides high performance in a miniaturized footprint without compromising signal integrity.
Frequency range: DC - 20 GHz
Impedance: 50 Ohm
Excellent PIM performance: typically -166 dBc @ 2x43 dBm
Low VSWR (< 1.15) and insertion loss across band
Compact, lightweight design -ideal for 5G and small-cell use
Robust locking system: available in screw and quick-lock push-pull versions
IP68 environmental sealing for outdoor reliability
Stainless steel or brass body, gold-plated BeCu contacts
High mating durability (> 500 cycles)
Suitable for DAS, RRH, antennas, and telecom infrastructure

Regular models require 15 days, while some complex connectors require 25 days.
Most RF connectors are CNC-machined parts and do not require mold-making.
However, each part needs to be fine-tuned on the CNC machine. Typically, a single sample costs $200.
This fee will be refunded after a 5K bulk order.
Brass RF connectors come with a one-year warranty.
Stainless steel connectors come with a three-year warranty.
The lifespan also depends on the contact material beryllium contacts offer better durability.
Our products fully comply with ROHS & REACH regulations.
Yes. We are honored to provide military-grade products with exceptionally stable quality.
Regular connectors: 500 PCS
Adapters: 100 PCS
Military connectors: 100 PCS
Male: Has a center pin and usually an outer thread or bayonet. Female: Has a receptacle (socket) for the center pin and matching thread. Some connectors (like SMA) can be confusing because “reverse polarity” (RP-SMA) swaps pin/socket configuration.
Common materials include:
Body: Brass, stainless steel
Insulator: PTFE, PEEK
Contacts: Brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper
Other: Aluminum, titanium alloy
Impedance matching prevents signal reflection and power loss. 50 Ω: Standard for RF communication, test equipment, aerospace, defense. 75 Ω: Standard for broadcast, video, and cable TV applications.
Body: Brass, stainless steel, or beryllium copper (with nickel, gold, or silver plating). Insulator: PTFE, PE, or advanced low-loss dielectrics. Contacts: Gold-plated brass or beryllium copper for low resistance and durability.
Some RF connectors are designed with gaskets and sealing (e.g., N-type, 4.3-10) for outdoor telecom, antennas, and harsh environments. Indoor lab connectors (e.g., SMA, BNC) are usually not weatherproof unless specified.
