4.3/10 RF Connector Female Clamping Straight For 1/2'' Superflex Cable

Wireless radio equipment and lightweight antennas use the 4.3/10 connector system to replace 7/16 DIN connectors. These connectors were created in response to telecom firms' requests for a smaller, lighter, easier-to-install, and more reliable connector with a low PIM. According to the IEC 60169-54 interface standard, 4.3-10 connectors can function up to 6 GHz, while other businesses provide products that can operate up to 12 GHz. These connectors obviously beat 7/16 DIN products because they are 40% smaller and 60% lighter, and they give better PIM performance even when hand-mated by radial contact structure than 7/16 DIN products.
The screw, quick-lock(push-pull), and hand-screw interfaces of the 4.3/10 male connector are all compatible with a single universal female interface.

Overview

The 4.3/10 connector is a compact, high-performance RF coaxial connector designed for use in modern telecom and mobile network applications. It features a snap-on coupling mechanism that provides reliable, quick, and vibration-resistant connections. The connector supports 50 ohm impedance and broadband performance, making it suitable for frequencies up to several GHz. Its smaller footprint compared to traditional 7/16 connectors allows for denser antenna and base station designs without compromising electrical performance. The 4.3/10 connector is widely used in LTE, 5G, towers, repeaters, routers, and access points for reliable RF signal transfer,5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and satellite communication systems and other wireless infrastructure, offering excellent durability, low passive intermodulation (PIM), and ease of installation.

Features

  • Provides excellent low PIM performance for reliable signal integrity.

  • Waterproof to IP68 when fully mated, ensuring durability in harsh environments.

  • Threaded coupling mechanism delivers secure, vibration-resistant connections.

  • Compatible with a wide range of cable types for flexible system design.

  • Panel-mount receptacles are available with multiple termination options to suit diverse applications.

FAQ

Sample Delivery Time

Regular models require 15 days, while some complex connectors require 25 days.

Sample Fee

Most RF connectors are CNC-machined parts and do not require mold-making.

However, each part needs to be fine-tuned on the CNC machine. Typically, a single sample costs $200.

This fee will be refunded after a 5K bulk order.

Guarantee

Brass RF connectors come with a one-year warranty.

Stainless steel connectors come with a three-year warranty.

The lifespan also depends on the contact material  beryllium contacts offer better durability.

ROHS & REACH Compliance

Our products fully comply with ROHS & REACH regulations.

Does LENORF Offer Military-Grade Products?

Yes. We are honored to provide military-grade products with exceptionally stable quality.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Regular connectors: 500 PCS

Adapters: 100 PCS

Military connectors: 100 PCS

Materials

Common materials include:

Body: Brass, stainless steel

Insulator: PTFE, PEEK

Contacts: Brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper

Other: Aluminum, titanium alloy

What materials are RF connectors made of?

Body: Brass, stainless steel, or beryllium copper (with nickel, gold, or silver plating). Insulator: PTFE, PE, or advanced low-loss dielectrics. Contacts: Gold-plated brass or beryllium copper for low resistance and durability.

Are RF connectors weatherproof?

Some RF connectors are designed with gaskets and sealing (e.g., N-type, 4.3-10) for outdoor telecom, antennas, and harsh environments. Indoor lab connectors (e.g., SMA, BNC) are usually not weatherproof unless specified.

What’s the difference between male and female RF connectors?

Male: Has a center pin and usually an outer thread or bayonet. Female: Has a receptacle (socket) for the center pin and matching thread. Some connectors (like SMA) can be confusing because “reverse polarity” (RP-SMA) swaps pin/socket configuration.

What is VSWR, and why does it matter?

VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) indicates signal reflection. Ideal: 1.0 (perfect match). Lower VSWR means less signal loss and distortion.
