The DIN 1.0-2.3 connector comes in 50 ohm and 75 ohm variants with 10 GHz and 4 GHz maximum frequencies. These performance requirements allow high-density digital broadcast formats like audio and video. The DIN 1.0-2.3 connector series meets DIN 41626, DIN 47297, and NFC 93-571.

The 1.0/2.3 RF connector is a IP67 waterproof protection ,miniature-size, push-pull RF coaxial connector designed for applications such as missile guidance, drones, and satellite payload systems,network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes, as well as electronic warfare, military radios, and secure communication links, requiring reliable performance up to 10 GHz (50 OHMS system) and 2 GHz (75 OHMS). The DIN 1.0-2.3 connector complies with DIN 41626, DIN 47297, and NFC 93-571 international specifications.

However, each part needs to be fine-tuned on the CNC machine. Typically, a single sample costs $200.

What’s the lifespan of an RF connector?

Connector durability is rated in mating cycles: General-purpose connectors (BNC, SMA): 500 cycles. Precision connectors (2.92 mm, 2.4 mm): 500 cycles or less. Rugged telecom connectors (N, 7/16 DIN): 500 cycles.


Can RF connectors be reused?
