Precision 1.85mm Connector Jack 4-Hole Flange Straight for Microstrip Circuit, 50Ω Microwave Application

The 1.85mm connector was designed to operate modelessly at 65 GHz. To limit bead interaction in a mated pair, the interface employs a mainly air-dielectric with a support bead placed back in the connector's body. The body, like the 2.92mm and 2.4mm connectors, is constructed such that the outside conductors engage before the central conductors do. Only the 2.4mm interface is compatible with the 1.85mm interface, which has an M7 thread. Adapters are available to link 1.85mm connections to SMA and 2.92mm connectors. The 1.85mm connector complies with RoHS and REACH regulations.

Sample Fee

Most RF connectors are CNC-machined parts and do not require mold-making.

However, each part needs to be fine-tuned on the CNC machine. Typically, a single sample costs $200.

What is “reverse polarity” (RP-SMA, RP-TNC)?
