The 1.6/5.6 connector series is a compact European design optimized for high-density installations, making it well-suited for applications where space is limited, such as towers, repeaters, routers, and access points for reliable RF signal transfer and radar systems, avionics, and navigation equipment. Designed to operate at 75 ohms up to 1 GHz, this series is available in two coupling styles: threaded for secure, reliable mating, and push-pull for fast, convenient connections.
The 1.6/5.6 series meets multiple international standards, including DIN 47295, DIN 41626, DIN 47297, NFC 93-569, NFC 93-570, IEC 169-13, and CECC 22230.
Offered with either threaded or push-pull coupling options
Crimp-crimp termination enables fast and simple assembly
Complies with IEC 169-13, DIN 47295, and NFC 93-570 international standards, optimized for SMT applications

Regular models require 15 days, while some complex connectors require 25 days.
Most RF connectors are CNC-machined parts and do not require mold-making.
However, each part needs to be fine-tuned on the CNC machine. Typically, a single sample costs $200.
This fee will be refunded after a 5K bulk order.
Brass RF connectors come with a one-year warranty.
Stainless steel connectors come with a three-year warranty.
The lifespan also depends on the contact material beryllium contacts offer better durability.
Our products fully comply with ROHS & REACH regulations.
Yes. We are honored to provide military-grade products with exceptionally stable quality.
Regular connectors: 500 PCS
Adapters: 100 PCS
Military connectors: 100 PCS
Common materials include:
Body: Brass, stainless steel
Insulator: PTFE, PEEK
Contacts: Brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper
Other: Aluminum, titanium alloy
Some RF connectors are designed with gaskets and sealing (e.g., N-type, 4.3-10) for outdoor telecom, antennas, and harsh environments. Indoor lab connectors (e.g., SMA, BNC) are usually not weatherproof unless specified.
Male: Has a center pin and usually an outer thread or bayonet. Female: Has a receptacle (socket) for the center pin and matching thread. Some connectors (like SMA) can be confusing because “reverse polarity” (RP-SMA) swaps pin/socket configuration.
VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) indicates signal reflection. Ideal: 1.0 (perfect match). Lower VSWR means less signal loss and distortion.
