1.0/2.3 Connector Plug Right Angle Crimping For 3.6 Coaxial Cable

The 1.0-2.3 connector series was initially released in the 1990s by the European telecommunications sector. The compact size facilitates tighter connection density, making this interface suited for applications with limited space.
DIN 1.0-2.3 connector are supplied in 50 ohm and 75 ohm variants with a maximum frequency of 10 GHz and 4 GHz, respectively. These performance requirements allow high-density and high data rates digital broadcast formats such as Audio, Video and other activities. The DIN 1.0-2.3 connector series corresponds with international standards DIN 41626, DIN 47297, and NFC 93-571.

FAQ

Sample Delivery Time

Regular models require 15 days, while some complex connectors require 25 days.

Sample Fee

Most RF connectors are CNC-machined parts and do not require mold-making.

However, each part needs to be fine-tuned on the CNC machine. Typically, a single sample costs $200.

This fee will be refunded after a 5K bulk order.

Guarantee

Brass RF connectors come with a one-year warranty.

Stainless steel connectors come with a three-year warranty.

The lifespan also depends on the contact material  beryllium contacts offer better durability.

ROHS & REACH Compliance

Our products fully comply with ROHS & REACH regulations.

Does LENORF Offer Military-Grade Products?

Yes. We are honored to provide military-grade products with exceptionally stable quality.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Regular connectors: 500 PCS

Adapters: 100 PCS

Military connectors: 100 PCS

Materials

Common materials include:

Body: Brass, stainless steel

Insulator: PTFE, PEEK

Contacts: Brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper

Other: Aluminum, titanium alloy

Can RF connectors be reused?

Yes, but performance degrades with wear. Precision connectors (used in test equipment) should be handled carefully—damage to threads or pins increases VSWR and insertion loss.

What’s the difference between threaded, bayonet, and push-on RF connectors?

Threaded (SMA, N, TNC): Secure, vibration-resistant. Bayonet (BNC): Quick connect/disconnect. Push-on (MCX, SMP): Ultra-fast, compact, used in high-density modules.

Are RF connectors interchangeable between brands?

Yes, if they follow the same standard (e.g., SMA-to-SMA). However, tolerances, plating, and dielectric quality vary — mixing low-quality and precision connectors can damage equipment.

How do environmental conditions affect RF connectors?

Temperature extremes can cause expansion/shrinkage and change performance. Humidity and salt spray may cause corrosion (use stainless steel or weatherproof designs). Vibration may loosen bayonet types — use threaded connectors in harsh environments.
